Superhero Fun
On June 15 come join the library for super fun activities about your favorite superheroes. The program begins at 10:30 and will last for an hour. Boys and girls will hear stories about their favorite superheroes, do crafts and activities, and have a awesome snack! We hope to see you there!  Please RSVP by calling (217) 629-6353. (Ages 3-6)

Star Wars
The library’s second children’s program is on June 29 and it is all about Star Wars! Boys and girls will hear stories about the adventures of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia! They will make crafts that make them feel like part of the movie! The program begins at 10:30 and lasts for one hour. We will even have Star Wars snacks!  Please RSVP by calling (217) 629-6353. (Ages 3-6)

Super-villains
I’m sure you have seen a lot about your favorite superheroes, but have you seen a lot of super-villains? Come join the library on July 12 at 10:30 as we read books about our super-villains. You will hear stories from Batman, Despicable Me, and even Maleficent!  We will have crafts and projects to work on and even have super snacks!  Please RSVP by calling (217) 629-6353. Super Families
We know that superheroes like Batman and Superman are everywhere in movies and books, but what about the super people that are with us every day? On July 26, the library invites you to join us for our last day of children’s summer programs at 10:30. We will make mini books about our super families and will have yummy snacks. If you do attend, we ask that you bring in as many pictures as you can/want of your family. Please RSVP by calling (217) 629-6353.
