The Riverton Area Book Club meets Saturday, September 17, to talk about the novel The Cafe by the Sea, by Jenny Colgan and published in 2017. Discussions take place 10-11 am at the Riverton Municipal Building's community room.  Books and audio can be obtained by contacting the Library staff at 217-629-6353.

The Riverton Area Book Club meets August 20 to discuss Forgiving Paris, by Karen Kingsbury. Meetings are held from 10-11 am on the third Saturday of each month (excluding December) at the Riverton Village Library.

This Saturday we talk about all the changes that happened to the Levin family in the Summer of '69.  Three daughters, grandparents, mom, dad living somewhere else, boyfriends, and secrets discovered keep us entertained in this summer read by Elin Hilderbrand.Come to the Riverton Village Library, 10-11 am, on June 18, to share thoughts about this novel.I will not be there but I really enjoyed how each character grew in the few short months of summer.Pamm
